NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE INN AT ANY TIME. 
****** IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH A PET PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE RESERVED A ROOM IN OUR ANNEX. IF YOU ARRIVE WITH A PET AND YOU HAVE A RESERVATION FOR ONE OF OUR INN ROOMS, YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR RESERVATION AND YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED. THERE IS A MINIMUM $250 PER NIGHT FEE FOR BRINGING A PET INTO A NON-PET FRIENDLY ROOM. 


*All rates based on double occupancy. 
*Additional guests $25 per night. Children 12 and under stay FREE. 
*Pac n' Play is $10 per night. 
*Roll Away is $15 per night.

*The Inn is pet-free. We have 5 rooms in our Annex building reserved for guests traveling with their pets. Please be sure to confirm that you have an Annex room, prior to arrival, if you are traveling with your pet. If you have a reservation for an Inn room and you arrive with a pet, you will not be permitted to stay and you will be 100% responsible for your total reservation. Under no circumstances will a pet be permitted in the Inn. If you are traveling with your pet it is your responsibility to inquire about the pet policies of this property. THERE IS A MINIMUM $250 PER NIGHT FEE FOR BRINGING A PET INTO A NON-PET FRIENDLY ROOM.

*Pet fee FOR ANNEX ROOMS ONLY: $25 per night for the first pet. $15 for each additional pet per night. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE INN! THERE IS A MINIMUM $250 FEE PER NIGHT FOR ANYONE THAT BRINGS A PET INTO A NON-PET FRIENDLY ROOM.

*We are a non-smoking Inn. Any guest smoking in the Inn will be charged a reconditioning fee and be asked to leave the property. Smoking is permitted outside away from the building.

*We do not all cooking or eating seafood in any of our rooms. We apologize for any inconvenience. There is a minimum $250 reconditioning fee for anyone that brings seafood into a guest room.

*We have 3 floors and we DO NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR.

*Checkin in 3-7PM. IF you need to arrive after 7PM, please contact the Inn prior to 7PM the day of your arrival to make arrangements for a late arrival. We are happy to arrange a late arrival, but cannot make these arrangement without speaking with you to provide instructions. You can reach the Inn at (207)288-5811.

*Checkout is 11AM

 

Payment Policy:

 

We require a valid MasterCard or Visa when making a reservation. The card is charged upon ARRIVAL or in the event of a reservation cancellation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Once your reservation has been accepted by the Quimby House Inn, it is a guaranteed reservation.

* We have a $25 per room processing fee on all cancellations from the time you book the reservation up to 11 days prior to your arrival.

*Due to our intimate size any cancellations affect us significantly; consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. From the time you make the reservation to 11 days prior to your arrival, there is a $25 cancellation processing fee. If you cancel your reservation, for any reason, within 10 days of your arrival, you are responsible for one full night of your reservation. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your arrival date, and once you have checked in, will be charged in full for the entire original reservation.

*Adjusting your stay by arriving late or departing early is a cancellation. If these changes are not made 24 hours prior to arrival, you are responsible for your entire original reservation.

*A "no show" (not showing up for your reservation) will be charged in full for your entire reservation.
