Jordan’s Restaurant- A town institution, this restaurant is located on Cottage Street and is open for breakfast and lunch.

Jeannie’s Breakfast Restaurant- Jeannie’s offers a delicious menu including culinary delights like the The Great Maine Breakfast, Apple Spice Pancakes and Island Tofu Scramble. 

Geddy’s Pub- Overlooking Agamont Park and the town pier in Bar Harbor, and offers family eating, “wood-fired” pizza, and a large selection of tasty burgers and alcoholic beverages. Geddy’s is open for lunch and dinner.

Stewman’s Lobster Pound- For an authentic downeast lobster bake, Stewman’s offers an ocean-side meal of lobsters, steamers, mussels and corn on the cob.

Atlantic Brewing Company- For a unique experience, visit the Atlantic Brewing Company for a tour of the microbrewery, sample some of their locally brewed ales and top off your visit with a meal of pulled pork, ribs and chicken as well as baked beans and cole slaw at their Knox Road Grille. 

Epi’s – Open daily, Epi’s is a great place for subs, soups, pizzas and calzones. Eat in or take out. For a casual atmosphere and affordable prices Epi’s is a great choice.


Rosalie’s Pizza- Featuring exceptional Neapolitan pizza, a variety of fresh salads and hearty italian dinners like Eggplant Parmigiana, Rosalie’s Pizza is open at 4pm everyday and offers 2 air-conditioned rooms in their relaxed, family-friendly restaurant. Eat in or take out. 

Reel Pizza- Combining good pizza with good entertainment Reel Pizza offers a unique dining experience. Watch a movie while you enjoy creatively named, delicious pizza.

Rupununi- An American bar and grill, Rup’s happily serves lunch and dinner seven days a week from 11am to 1am. With indoor and outdoor dining, a full bar, Maine beer, mouthwatering appetizers and delicious entrees Rupununi is great for the whole family or just a dinner for two.

Mache Bistro- Mache is a small and casual neighborhood bistro that serves rustic French food. They have a constantly changing menu that features such items as Bouillabaisse, Slow cooked duck leg confit and seared Mahi Mahi. Reservations are suggested, as they only have 10 tables.

Fish House Grill- With indoor and outdoor waterfront dining the Fish House Grill serves up fresh catch everyday as well as steak, chicken and pasta with early bird specials until 6pm daily.

Havana- Offering modern elegance Havana is American fine dining with a whole lot of Latin flair. Combining a great wine list, creative dishes and knowledgeable wait staff, Havana serves dinner seven days a week from 5-10.

Galyn’s Restaurant- A relaxed dinner at Gayln’s features fresh fish and native seafood, hand-cut steaks, prime rib and more. Reasonably priced salads, sandwiches, soups, and seafood for lunch, plus a special Galley Lounge menu for light dining make Galyn’s a great choice for lunch or dinner.

Fathom- Focusing on using local products, Fathom has a constantly changing menu that features local meats, fish and produce in all world cuisine styles, and is only restricted to the limits the chef’s mind can “fathom”.

Colonel’s Deli and Restaurant- For a tasty meal in a clean, cozy environment, visit Colonel’s Deli in Northeast Harbor. Open for breakfast lunch and dinner and serves family friendly meals as well as homemade donuts, muffins and desserts.

Bassa Cocina De Tapeo- Serving Mediterranean style food, Bassa Cocina De Tapeo offers a dining experience infused with international flavors. They serve dinner from 5:30 to close daily.

Restaurants In Southwest Harbor and Tremont Maine

Eat-A-Pita- Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Eat-A-Pita is a charming local joint that offers a variety of delicious food.

Thurston Lobster Pound- Located on the Island Explorer bus route in Tremont, Thurston’s offers local seafood “in the rough”, fresh chowders sandwiches and desserts. Open daily for lunch and dinner from 11am to 8:30pm.

Fiddlers’ Green- Evening dining 5:30 to close, this Southwest Harbor restaurant has specials that change daily, but the atmosphere is always warm and fun and the food is inspired by New England traditions, but is also influenced by the Southwest, Italy, Spain, France and many other international flavors.

Red Sky- Using fresh, local, organic produce whenever possible and purchasing from a variety of Maine farms are just a couple of reasons to visit Red Sky for dinner.
