Although sore muscles are a sign of the body building strength, it is not a pleasant feeling. Massage is a great way to not only relieve the pain of hard work outs, but it will also help you to physically and mentally improve your workouts.

Ok let’s face it, we all love a day at the spa. But since most of us can’t manage to go every day, week, or even month, the idea of homemade spa treatments becomes more enticing. Most are well aware that the pace that we live our lives today is resulting in dangerous levels of stress causing illness, disease, and fatigue. We are sacrificing our health, happiness, and relationships because we have forgotten the simple task of relaxation. There is nothing I enjoy more every year than the first snowfall of winter. Bar Harbor is so quiet during the first storm, especially in the evening, like the snow has muted the world. Looking out from out front windows you see a car go by every once in awhile, sloshing through the snow. It gives me that holiday feeling, like what you had the day before Christmas when you were a little kid. So much excitement and anxiety about the arrival of Christmas and the warm fuzzy feelings of the holiday spirit.
